This past weekend I went home to hang with the parental units and head out to the Perry Fair. And guess what my mom decides to hand down...LEOPARD PRINT PANTS FROM THE EIGHTIES! Um, I almost hyperventilated and died when I tried them on and they fit a lil loosely. Nothing a lil tailoring can't handle *tosses in pile with all the other garments that need to go* She said that she got these at a boutique in LA when she lived out there. 100% silk pants and jacket (it was too big so it's not pictured here) for only $15. My, how times have changed but not much. She had good sense of style...sometimes I wonder where it all went. She still looks good don't get me wrong but ya know...mom jeans are just not what's hot in the street. Still love her dearly! A portion of my vintage clothing comes from her closet believe it or not. Sometimes I can't believe it myself.
No head shots again. I had a stye on my eye and I just don't feel cute until it heals. Plus my hair was in need of a desperate wash. I couldn't ruin the pants with ratchetness that was my face. My big project will be to get these tailored and come up with the best outfit. So check back and see what I do!
